Dragons are reptile-like creatures. They can be any size, and come in a variety of colors. Most dragons can fly, unless they get too large or too old. Dragons are not made of flesh and bone. Instead, dragons are mostly pure magic, surrounded by slowsilver scales.
Dragons and Magic[]
Many of the locations where dragons used to live are now cities. The dragons turn to magic and take a different form when they get large or old enough. People tend to gather around these sources of magic, creating cities. Magisters can control the magic with locus stones. More accurately, they can communicate with these transformed dragons with spoken magic spells, and request that the dragons do certain tasks. The dragons almost always carry out these tasks, for an unknown reason. However, it is known that these transformed dragons do want the presence of people, since even dragons can get lonely.
